Night-an extended version of the walk.

Listen as the crickets chirp,

As the tiger cubs slurp.

Night is my morning as I walk,

Light is not as fun to talk!

I wake up in the morning,

And I sit up yawning.

I dread the rest of the day,

School: Fun,Friends,Learning! But what next?!

I try and keep my worries at bay!

I remember that night will come.

All my fears melt away,

As I think of the quiet soothing night sounds.

The brisk, cold air flowing through my hair, leaving nothing but zero pounds

Dreams enlighten me with memories from the past,

So mixed with fantasy,

making sure it leaves me no dismay!

Daylight shows through my window

A signal for me to lay low.

I treasure night and all its beauties

Just think of all the possibilities!
